Troy Casey is the newest addition to the AC Golden Brewing Company team of brewers. He has always had an interest in science and when he discovered he could use it to make beer he was hooked!
Troy earned his Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and his Masters in Food Science from the University of California at Davis, the nations most respected school for brewing, where all his research focused on brewing.
Troy is a member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas and the American Society of Brewing Chemists.
