Steve has been brewing beer for more than 20 years. His credentials include a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. Steve is involved in every aspect of the operation, from selecting hops in Europe to brewing, fermenting, aging and bottling. In a small brewery like the AC Golden Brewery there is very little automation; most tasks are performed manually. For that reason Steve’s job is very physically demanding.
